While our focus is residential real estate sales, we found that our clients have a need for property management services.

 

This isn't your typical property management model. Led by Jen Fiene, our approach is intentionally hands-on and highly personalized. Unlike traditional managers who often juggle 50 to 100+ units, we're limiting our managed properties to roughly ~25 properties. Why? Because we believe our clients deserve white glove care and attention that simply isn't possible in a high-volume model.

  • Locations: We manage single-family homes and condos, with a focus on Seattle. We consider other locations if the circumstances allow on case-by-case basis.
